Learning English by playing video games is really good for kids, they just learn and almost don't realize it.

If you have a friend that speaks English well, try not to be shy and just ask him if you can practice having a conversation sometimes. It's good to practice that way, just gossip, but in English!! :P

Mangas are a kind of comics but from Japan. I know that some people at this point can think that maybe just reading is good, but I need to be honest, starting with a big book is not good and it's too difficult. However, if you read mangas it's easier because there are just conversations and the pictures can help you to understand, and also mangas are amazing!!!

Even if your English is basic, there is always a person that needs more help than you. You can try to teach English to a friend or a child of your neighbor. Teaching is always the best way to learn!

If you want to learn something, it always is easier if you enjoy it. Try to feel comfortable and happy while learning. Even if you are not that good, you are trying and it's amazing. I bet you, if you enjoy English you are going to speak and understand it very well someday :).
